How do you coordinate with checkout times?
We work around your guest's checkout window. Give us your standard checkout time when you book and we'll schedule accordingly. If a guest checks out early or late, just send us a message and we adjust — no rescheduling fees.
Do I need to tell you about every booking?
No. Paste your Airbnb, Stayz or Booking.com calendar link when you book and we plan a changeover on every checkout day automatically. New bookings and cancellations are picked up within the hour.
What packages do you offer?
Clean only, Clean + linen (beds made up fresh every stay and the used sheets and towels washed at 65°C) and All-inclusive, which also restocks guest supplies. Each is priced per changeover for your property size.
Do I need to be at the property?
No. Most of our hosts manage their properties remotely. We just need access arranged — a key safe, smart lock code or building manager contact. We send photo confirmation when the property is guest-ready.
What does thermal cleaning mean for linen?
All linen and towels are washed at 65°C or above for a sustained period with an industrial sanitation treatment plus a backup process that kills 99% of pathogens, including bacteria and viruses. This meets the Australian Standard for commercial laundries, AS/NZS 4146.
Can you handle back-to-back bookings with short gaps?
Yes — this is exactly what we're built for. If you have a 2pm checkout and 4pm checkin, we can work within that window for most standard properties. Tell us your property size when you enquire and we'll confirm.
Do you service apartments and houses?
Both. Studios, one and two bedroom apartments are our most common changeovers, but we also handle full houses across Melbourne's inner north. Pricing is based on property size. Any online price is an estimate only: we complete a site inspection first (free within our service areas), then agree your final price with you.
