Ask where linen is washed, at what temperature and how long it takes. A defined process matters more than a promise of "fresh and clean".
4. Can you approve the clean remotely?
If you do not live near the property, photo confirmation after every changeover is essential. Ask whether photos are standard or an extra.
5. What happens when plans change?
Guests check out late. Bookings are cancelled or extended. Ask how they handle last-minute changes, and whether there are rescheduling fees.
