Support built around the household tasks you need help with
NDIS funding can only be used for supports that are in line with your plan. We keep the service simple: confirm your funding arrangement and approved household support, then agree on the cleaning and any laundry support you want us to provide.
Household Cleaning
Our core NDIS service is practical domestic cleaning for participants whose disability makes household tasks difficult or unsafe.
- Bathrooms, toilets and kitchens
- Vacuuming, mopping and dusting

- Service notes and clear invoicing for your records or plan manager
Laundry Support
Laundry can be added where it is an appropriate NDIS support and consistent with your plan and goals.

Self-managed clients receive the invoice; plan-managed invoices can go to the nominated plan manager.
Provider statusSilv’s delivers cleaning and laundry services through provider arrangements for NDIS, DVA, TAC and aged-care clients. Services are subject to the client’s approved supports and agreement with their provider.
NDIS cleaning questions
Can I use Silv's if I am plan-managed?
Usually, yes. Plan-managed participants can generally choose registered or unregistered providers. We will need your plan manager's invoice details and the service must be consistent with your plan.
Can I use Silv's if I self-manage?
Self-managed participants can generally choose registered or unregistered providers and manage payment and records themselves.
Is laundry automatically covered?
No. Cleaning and laundry must be reasonable NDIS supports for your circumstances and consistent with your plan. We can quote them separately so the service description is clear.
Do you provide personal care?
No. This page is for household cleaning and laundry support. We do not market personal care or clinical services.
