Will your cleaners be OK with my dog?
Our booking form asks about every pet at the property and how they'll be managed during the clean, so your cleaner knows what to expect before arriving. If your dog is anxious with visitors, tell us and we'll plan around it.
Do you wash dog beds?
Yes. Pet bedding, blankets and soft toys can be added to a laundry pickup. They're washed separately from your household laundry.
Is dog hair included in a regular clean?
General vacuuming and mopping is. Pet mess and heavy hair build-up on furniture or carpets need more time, so they're quoted as a deep clean.
Do you clean for cat and reptile owners too?
Yes. Tell us about any animal at the property when you book, including enclosures we should keep clear of.
