Laundry questions
from Preston
How much is laundry pickup in Preston?
Wash, dry and fold is $50 for a 5kg minimum load or $70 for a 10kg load. Ironing is an add-on. Pickup and delivery are included for the Northcote local area; a $15 fuel surcharge applies further out. We'll confirm for your street when you book.
Do I need to be home for pickup?
No. Many homes here are apartments and units. Leave your bag with building reception, in a parcel room or behind a buzzer code. Tell us how to reach your door when you book.
How fast is the turnaround?
Standard turnaround is 24–48 hours. We don't offer same-day laundry, but urgent premium laundry care is available by quote — call or WhatsApp 0489 220 588 and we'll call you back.
Is all my laundry washed at 65°C?
No. Bed linen and towels are washed at 65°C+ for 12 minutes, meeting AS/NZS 4146. Everyday clothing is washed to fabric-care guidelines, because 65°C would damage most garments.

Can I add a home clean to the same booking?
Yes. Many clients bundle a regular clean with weekly laundry pickup. Ask about the bundle discount when you book.
