Our own. We're real people, not a booking app: the team who inspects, quotes and cleans your home is our own Northcote team, and on regular bookings it's the same cleaner every visit.
Is a cleaning agency cheaper than a local company?
Not necessarily. Compare the full price for your home, what's included, and what happens if something's missed. A low hourly rate can need more hours.

So the price matches your actual home. It's free inside our service area, and the final price is agreed before any work starts.
