Am I locked into a contract?

No. Regular cleans and laundry pickups can be paused or cancelled anytime — no lock-in contracts, no cancellation fees.

Do I need to be home during the clean?

No. Most clients leave key access instructions and we message you when we're finished. You come home to it done.

Will I get the same cleaner every visit?

Yes, for regular cleans and laundry pickups. You're assigned one cleaner who learns your home and preferences over time.

How and when do I pay?

No payment is taken to submit a booking request. We complete a free site inspection, agree the final price with you, and you pay once the service is done — by PayID, cash or card (2.9% card fee). No card details are needed to book.

What if I'm not happy with the result?

Our guarantee covers our published checklist: if a checklist item wasn't completed to standard, let us know within 48 hours with photos of the issue and we'll send someone back to re-clean it at no charge. Still not right? We'll refund that item of the service in full.

Are your cleaners actually vetted?

Every cleaner is police-checked, holds a Working With Children Check, and is NDIS Worker Screening cleared. We also carry $10 million in public liability insurance.

Do you work weekends?

Saturday bookings are available with a $15/hr surcharge. Sundays are by appointment only — call or WhatsApp 0489 220 588 and we'll confirm availability and price before booking it in.
